FEATURING: MICHAEL HALLETT

MICHAEL HALLETT received a doctorate in public policy analysis from the School of Justice Studies at Arizona State University. He has testified before several state legislatures on privatization related issues, published his own research on the topic, and contributed to several jounalistic accounts of prison privatization appearing in The Nation, Mother Jones, and Business Week. He is Associate Professor of Criminal Justice at the University of North Florida.
