Star Trek: Deep Space NineBarry plays Admiral William Ross, commander of the Starfleet forces. Over several years, Ross and Commander Benjamin Sisko (Avery Brooks), become close allies in the fight against the evil enemy, “The Dominion.” At the climactic end, Admiral Ross accepts the surrender of The Dominion forces and promises to lead the struggle for galactic peace.
Something So RightIn this ABC sitcom, Barry plays Sheldon Kramer, the rich, materialistic and style conscious ex-husband of corporate party planner, Carly Davis (Mel Harris). Sheldon is also the father of 12 year old Sarah, who lives with Carly and her new husband, Jack (Jere Burns). Sheldon can’t help meddling in his daughter’s life and his efforts to intrude have comically disastrous results.
Family Matters
Barry plays the bungling, pompous and not too bright Lieutenant Murtagh, in this hysterical ABC sitcom which centers on the misadventures of Carl Winslow, a Chicago cop (Reginald Veljohnson), his family, and their teenage neighbor, the ultimate nerd, Steve Urkel (Jaleel White).
DallasIn his CBS mega hit, Barry is Dr. Jerry Kenderson. Dr. Jerry treats the Ewing family and gradually becomes the love interest of JR’s (Larry Hagman) neurotic and alcoholic wife, Sue Ellen (Linda Gray). As the couple become more deeply involved, J.R. tries to drive Dr. Kenderson out of Dallas with various treacherous plots.
Knots Landing - On this long running primetime drama, Barry plays Jeff Cunningham, the ex-husband of manipulative vixen Abby (Donna Mills). Jeff tries to regain custody of their three children by challenging the moral example Abby sets for their kids. Abby outsmarts Jeff by enticing him back into a sexual liaison and then betrays him in a series of clever legal maneuvers.
Another World - In this popular NBC daytime soap opera, Barry is the cunning opportunist, Evan Webster, who tries to wreck a marriage using sex, blackmail and eventually murder.
SomersetBarry plays Tony Cooper, the male half of the well-known couple, “Tony and Ginger” in this popular NBC daytime soap opera. Their story focuses on the usual soap opera themes of love, illness, betrayal and infidelity.
